Annealed curved glass is a glass pane shaped into a smooth curve for aesthetic purposes. It is manufactured by using a custom steel mold for each individual size and shape. The glass sheet is placed on the mold and heated to enable it to sag into the mold by gravitational force.  

Curved tempered glass is manufactured by heating the glass to its softening point and then forming the required shape using movable rollers during the quenching phase.

 

Applications: Curtain walls, skylights, corner windows, curved shower screens, display showcases, balustrades, etc.

Availability: curved glass is available in its annealed and tempered form.
